Randy...I'm am sorry, I meant 2 seconds. Russel... As predicted (u punk). Got those tires coming soon. Do feel good about my modest timing. Can only get better! Great day with good people. Bassam and Kevin, thanks for the air.

Gotta be a chevy:

However, since it has the heart of a chevy, then I guess El Es Juan is a chevy blothel....

not sure if your driving the blue-ish civic. if you were, your driving well...well enough to get that Zr1 to give you the passer by wave.

good for you.

Russel, i too have noticed that every event both have improved. meaning that a little competition is obviuosly good for our times. now we need Randy back in the RED.

Don't forget, the ZR1 was the first time he attended a DE event. Once again, the driver is a major factor on how fast a car goes.

And it showed, why was he allowed to run so late in the day? I think for safety reasons he should have not been allowed to run that late in the day. He was running some very questionable lines. So much that they wanted to black flag you for passing on turn 1. Until I explained that you had no other choice but to run your line and the other 4 cars immediately behind you.

I had to be with him for that reason and I told him if he doesn't get to practice he can't do much on the track. Seem to me he gets lost with the cones . I only wish I could have taken it fo spin sure is very powerful and stable . new ones need to be there from beginning so they can learn the track .

Track walkthroughs about a half hour before drivers meeting to familiarize with layout and line recommendations.

We have done it before....

Ed, I totally agree, I think that some of those traditions that were with the club years ago are vital to newbies and regardless of a 1k car or a 100k car all should be held to the same standards.

This was one of the topics in the meeting & everyone expressed their thoughts. I think a great decision was made overall & its very fair for everyone.

A new policy is in effect after the last club meeting. "If you don't attend the drivers meeting you will not be allowed to participate"
